ServicesInstallationAll of our systems are backed by an industry exclusive 3-Year Limited Installation Warranty. If something can be traced back to our workmanship, we cover it! Repair ServicesPro Sound offers repair services to our clients for all products and systems that we sell. This includes servicing of equipment on site, as well as bench repair at our location in Langley. Customers may bring their equipment directly to us, or we can arrange a service call to remove the equipment and bring it in for repair. Mixing consoles are serviced by pre-arranged appointment! Equipment WarrantyEquipment warranty is provided by the equipment manufacturer. Typically, the warranty provided can be found in the form of a statement from the equipment manufacturer and usually only provides remedy for defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover de-installation, re-installation, set-up, commissioning, or freight to the authorized warranty depot or repair facility. Service AgreementsPreventative Maintenance Service Agreements provide routine scheduled maintenance on your system to keep all of the equipment working at peak performance during its lifespan. This routine maintenance prevents most failures. Service agreements also cover the cost of emergency service calls, so pre-approval is not required prior to staff making a service call. Operator training is also available on each visit. If you did not purchase a Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement when you purchased your system, a chargeable service must be performed to bring the system to a known state prior to the Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement taking effect.
Acoustic DesignPro Sound uses industry leading tools to measure, test, predict and design acoustic solutions to any space. Sound systems cannot correct inherent acoustic issues in a space. Acoustic solutions come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and aesthetics. For best results, call us before you build. We can model your proposed building in 3D Acoustic Modeling Software and accurately predict results. By proposing solutions before you build, the net result is a more pleasing space with a lower over-all cost. Sound DesignGiven the right design, speaker choice and placement can minimize impacts on poor acoustic spaces, however, cannot correct them.Using EASE Acoustic Simulation Software, we use cold hard facts to choose the best speakers and applications for your facility.
