Repair Rates & Policies

Minimum bench charge of $45.00 for all repairs. Estimates will be assessed and provided so your decision to repair or not is made with the confidence that you are making the right choice.

 
The $45.00 bench fee is rolled in the first hour of repair once consent is given by the customer to proceed with the repair.
 

 

Analog Repairs:
$75.00
RF Wireless Repairs:
$95.00
Digital Repairs:
$95.00
On Site Tech Repairs
$150.00 per hr. (Plus travel time min 2hr)
Pro Rush Rate:
1.5 x hourly rate (min 1. Hr)
 
  • Items left 15 days after service completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.
  • Items left 60 days after completion of repair will be sold to recoup the cost of the repair.

 

Pro Sound Technical Services reserves the right to refuse any non-warranty repair.

 

Repairs to electronics equipment can result in loss of your data in the deep abyss of data purgatory. Pro Sound will not be responsible for your very important data lost during the repair of your gear. Please be sure that your data (all presets, patches, sampled sounds etc.) are backed up and stored in a safe place before releasing your gear to Pro Sound for repair.
 

Turnaround and Estimates

 

Pro Sound requires 3-5 business days to evaluate your unit for repair on the workbench. Once evaluated, if the unit does not require parts to be ordered, it may be completed on the workbench in 1-2 business days.

 

Estimates are by request only, if you require an estimate before proceeding with repairs, please verify with a service representative before processing your order.
 

 

Ordering necessary parts from a manufacturing may take a few additional business days. From time to time, parts maybe back ordered from the manufacturer and will take longer.
 

If a RUSH is requested, the unit will only be moved to the workbench in priority ahead of other units in the queue. If parts need to be ordered for that unit, a RUSH will not guarantee that the unit will be serviced faster. Parts may be shipped overnight at customer expense to expedite the repair.
